I purchases the free program and downloaded straight to my susifit app, super easy!! I found my self motivated to get it done and held accountable as you have to submit completed workout! I do not have any weights at home & my first leg sessions was two days ago, I am still sore! I recommended purchasing & trying it out. Love this program such a good home workout plan and can do it all even if you don’t have weights equipment at home. You will be dying at the end of each workout
Im loving the get me motivated program. When I feel lazy I just remember to start my app and its all there for me. The videos help if your not sure on the exercise and I love that i can keep jess updated on my fitness throughout the week. Very happy with this will be buying more :)
