I have just started this program but the reason I purchased it was because I had just completed the ab challenge and enjoyed it so much I wanted to keep on pushing myself further. Although I lack some confidence doing some of the exercises I find that the videos and advice give me the courage to try and compete each one. I am so much fitter for doing these programs and highly recommend for any age group or any fitness level. Awesome program. Thank you. I look forward to completing and starting my next one.

I started the whole body confidence program straight after I had finished one of Jess 2 day abb challenges. This has given me so much confidence. The work outs are great has not only helped me with my weight but it has helped me with my home life. I am now more active with my children and they absolutely love it. Cannot recommend this enough.

I started this 6 weeks program around 3 weeks ago and I am really enjoying it and already seeing results! I feel stronger, less puffy and am lifting heavier with each workout. The workouts cover the whole body but are broken down so my body recovers before it’s next session. They run for a nice length of time, which is extremely helpful with having young children. Each set has a video of how to perform it, which is so helpful with knowing what they are and how you should do them. Correspondence has also been really efficient with replies and any help I have needed. I am really happy with this program and look forward to the next 3 weeks!
