45 minute effective workouts that will increase your heart rate and improve your fitness at home or in the gym using weights or items around the house.
Once purchased please download the Susi Active App via the Apple Store or Google Play and create an account. Once created you will be contacted within 12 hours so we can assign the program to you.

These workouts are amazing, especially being stuck and home, they don’t require very much equipment or need a huge space to complete them either. They are fast and efficient and get the job done! Leaves me sweating and sore all over. Following it on the app is so easy as well, everything is clearly written and easy to understand. 110% recommend
