Welcome to our 20 day Core Program, where no day is the same! Every day for 20 days you will be introduced with a brand new workout.
Just like any muscle your core needs a day to rest so you will move for 3 days and every 4th day you will rest. These workouts vary between 20-30 minutes. This program is designed to strengthen and help active your core!
Once purchased you will be contacted within 12 hours so we can assign the program to you.
You can choose to add a 20 day customised meal plan to your program. Please note it takes unto 48 hours to create a meal plan once your questions are sent back. CLICK HERE to find out more about our meal plans!
If you choose the online coaching option this will provide you with the 20 day program, a customised meal plan and weekly weigh ins with your trainer. This option allows you to have more accountability throughout your program experience.
